Amanda Kelley
Amanda Kelley is the Owner of A Kelley Consulting, where she dedicates herself to giving clients the freedom to focus on their passions by taking over the time-consuming tasks of bookkeeping and financial review.
Before founding A Kelley Consulting, Amanda served as the Director of Fund Accounting at Sweetwater Holdings. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company from a single employee to a team of seven and growing its real estate investment portfolio from $14 million to $195 million across two funds.
Amanda's career began at Arthur Andersen, and she later held the position of Vice President of Accounting at AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors). At AREA Property Partners, Amanda managed four real estate investment funds totaling $2 billion in assets, specializing in undermanaged and value-added properties across the United States.
